Time for an update!

Its seems like life is so hectic during the holidays I am so ready for the new year! Lydia will be 7 months on January 7th. She brings so much joy into our lives. She was definitely spoiled this year for Christmas. She got lots of cute stuff but yet she would rather play with the cell phone. Lydia had her 6 month checkup this Sunday. She weighs 17 pounds and is just under 28 inches. Everything went well we were happy to hear she is healthy as can be. We lost our dog Tori a couple of weeks ago. We came back from our trip to Colorado and she was no where to be found. I still keep hoping she is going to show up. We have been heartbroken and we miss her a lot.
We have been trying to buy a house in Orangeville. It has been taking forever. We are getting so anxious and we are ready for a place of our own. It will be a great starter home for our family. Well that seems to sum it up. Here are some pictures.

Wrapping paper and the train

Lydia loved the train my mom put around her Christmas tree. The other day i was wrapping a birthday present and Lydia got into the paper, I think she is ready for Christmas presents. Lydia also had her first hair cut by her Aunt Benita while I went black friday shopping. Brady thinks she looks more like a boy, I keep telling him it will grow out even.

Thanksgiving

This year for Thanksgiving we went to the senior center in Castle Dale with the Larsen family. I made a delicious pumpkin cheesecake and spinach dip. All the food was great. We were all stuffed! I did a horrible job at taking pictures, I only snapped a couple. I hate when i do that.

Halloween Day

Lydia was cutest kitty for Halloween. I had to work but I was able to get off early so we went to a Halloween party at Aunt Marlayne's in Elmo. Grandma Reba made homemade root beer, the kids loved it! Lydia has been a little fussy and didn't have too much fun, she has been teething. She has 2 bottom teeth already!

1st Halloween fun!!

Grandma B and Aunt Benita made this cutest pumpkin hat with the spider. Loved it!

Back to work already?

Yes it is time for me to go back to work Monday. Thankfully i am only part time for now. I have been dreading this day. Lydia is such a mama's girl. I think it will be good for both of us, but i am seriously so sad and nervous at the same time. I am so out of the loop at work, hopefully i catch on quickly. Wish us luck!

Lydia loves sitting in her bumbo. She has also learned how to roll on her stomach. My mom has had Lydia laughing hard twice. It is the cutest, funniest thing in the world. Oh and yes Lydia has her ears peirced. She had them done like 3 weeks ago. Her aunt peggie, and cousin Lori took her.

Lydia's first trip to Cabelas. She liked looking at the fish.

Mr. and Mrs. Peacock

My little sister tied the knot. Her wedding was at Thanksgiving Point, it was beautiful. She was such a gorgeous bride. Everything went really well. Some of our family from California were able to join us. Including my dad. He was so excited to see Lydia and to be a part of my sisters wedding. We love you dad and grandpa!

Brady shot this nice buck with his bow. They scored it at about 170. It is 25 inches wide. We were excited.
